Property owners and purchasers of CertainTeed Fiber Cement Siding (also known as WeatherBoards Fiber Cement exterior siding) may have claims against the manufacturer for shrinking, cracking and warping of their siding. Many home owners have reported problems over the past year and have filed class action lawsuits for damages.  Fiber cement siding is used to cover exterior walls of homes and buildings because it is said to be stronger than vinyl siding and resistant to rot, fire and termites.

If you have experienced problems with CertainTeed WeatherBoards Fiber Cement siding you may have a claim for damages against the manufacturer.
