Court upholds $25.8 million judgment against Walgreens
Walgreens pharmacy was sued for the death of a mother that was given the wrong prescription dosage by a teenage pharmacy technician. The woman suffered a stroke and ultimately died as a result of this negligence. A jury returned a verdict of $25.8 million against Walgreens.
