Huge increase in DePuy recalled hip claims

Kentucky claims against DePuy and their parent company Johnson & Johnson, have been filed in Kentucky federal courts. As patients return to their doctors following receipt of the letter notifying them about the DePuy ASR XL Acetabular System and DePuy ASR Hip Resurfacing System implant failures, more and more patients are seeking legal assistance.
