Kentucky Pharmacy Medication Error Results in Coma
A Kentucky hospital pharmacy mistake resulted in a young teen slipping into a coma. The hospital pharmacy filled the wrong prescription with a dangerous drug in a very high amount. The pharmacy mistake was not caught in time and the teen had already taken an overdose of the wrong medication.
