Medication Mistake at Hospital Claims Another LIfe

Only months after a young child was killed after given the wrong blood thinner dose, another small child was killed by doctors and nurses practicing sloppy medicine. The medical staff at a Children's hospital mistakenly injected the wrong medicine into the wrong IV causing a 19 month old child to die. With more staff being cut (in the name of profits) and the remaining staff being overworked, more and more medical errors and occurring in Kentucky and across the country. Medical malpractice errors such as this need to be reported studied and those responsible need to be held accountable.
