A truck driver from South Carolina who plead guilty to reckless homicide charges relating to a fatal crash in March 2010 was sentenced to probation for a period of five years. Two Kentucky men were killed as a result of the truck wreck that occurred on a road in Pike County, Kentucky.
According to court records, Arthur Davis, truck driver from South Carolina, was operating a semi truck when he lost control of the vehicle, and hit the men working on the road. The accident victims were Kevin Jones and Paul Williams, both of Kentucky, who were killed as a result of the collision. Reportedly, at the time of the fatal crash, the two men were putting caution signs up along the intersection of US 460 and KY 1499.
