Intoxicated Driver Causes Tragedy for Illinois Family

From the Chicago Tribune: A heartbreaking article once again demonstrating the dangers of intoxicated drivers on the road. A mother and her two young children were killed last week when a drunk driver collided with their vehicle.
Further adding to the tragedy was that the intoxicated driver had been convicted for DUI twice previously.
