October 2, 1010 - Murray, KY - A Benton man recently sustained head injuries in a truck accident on KY 121. Rudy Rosabai, 31, was driving south on KY 121 in a 1997 Chevy Monte Carlo when an empty log truck pulled around to pass him.
West Kentucky Star reports that Jerry Emerson, 62, of Paris, TN was driving the empty log truck when he attempted to pass Rosabai. Rosabai then turned left into the path of the truck, and the driver's side of his vehicle was struck.
Rosabi was taken to Murray-Calloway County Hospital where he received treatment for head injuries.
Emerson, the driver of the semi truck, was reportedly uninjured in the truck accident. Police have not revealed if any charges will be filed against either party for the accident.
