Kentucky. Motorcyclist from Berea died September 23, 2010 after his motorcycle crashed into a pickup truck traveling on a Madison County road, according to Kentucky State Police. The motorcycle was operated by James C. Hudson, 68-year old, and he was riding a 2008 Harley-Davidson south on the U.S. 25 at approximately 2:00 p.m. when the Harley collided into a 1998 Dodge truck driven by Jesse Brook, 31-year old of Annville.
According to Kentucky State Police, driver of the Dodge pickup truck, Brook, was attempting to turn left across the southbound lane on the U.S. 25 into a parking lot. Based on investigations, it appears that the truck entered the path of the motorcycle at the time of the wreck. Motorcyclist Hudson, who was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, died at the scene of the accident. Driver Brook was not injured; and, according to police, Brook was wearing a seat belt.
