May 16, 2011 - Louisville, Kentucky - According to the Courier Journal, a car that ran a red light killed 1 woman and injured others.
The fatal car crash happened on Thursday, May 12, near Iroquois Park. The unidentified driver of a Toyota Matrix was traveling south on Southern Parkway when it ran a red light and struck the driver of a Sebring, along with another car going northbound, a Dodge Stratus.
Diane Wilson, 51, was the driver of the Sebring, who suffered multiple injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene of the tragic car crash.
There was a passenger in Wilson's car who suffered injuries, along with 3 others from the Toyota Matrix and the driver of the Dodge Stratus. The names of these victims and the details surrounding the extent of their injuries have not been released.
