Successfully Arbitrated Breach of Contract Between Maintenance Provider and Owner of Condo Complex

Our client provided equipment maintenance for a large-scale storage tank manufacturer in Kentucky. The defendant arbitrarily breached the contract in year 3 of a 10-year service contract for a multi-unit condominium complex worth more than $20 million dollars.

The case was arbitrated due to a binding provision in the maintenance contract. We were successful in winning a seven-figure award for our client in a 5-week arbitration that allowed the client to re-coup the full value of his contract plus attorney fees.
