Associate, born and raised in New York, New York. Ms. Kim attended Bronx H.S. of Science in Bronx, New York. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. She obtained an LSAT scholarship and earned her J.D. at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California.
In 2003, Ms. Kim returned to her home state, and was admitted to practice in New York. She gained invaluable experience in the areas of complex insurance coverage litigation and asbestos litigation working with a reputable defense firm in New York City.
In 2005, Ms. Kim was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and since then has primarily concentrated her practice in the area of class action multi-district litigation. She also represents injured parties in medical negligence and personal injury lawsuits on a selective basis.
