The Kentucky State Police have reported that the operator of the motorcycle, Lacy Pauley Jr., 26-year old of Pikeville, was riding a motorcycle on Kentucky-122 (Collins Highway) when he crashed into the van, and unfortunately died at the scene. Additionally, a passenger in the van, Pauline Loudermilk, 76-year old of Kimper, was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene.
The wreck is the subject of Kentucky State Police's ongoing investigation to determine the cause of Sunday's fatal crash.
