July 29, 2012 – Woodford County, KY – Behind every car accident there is at least one family suffering with loss, pain, and anguish. Even when injuries are minor, the initial shock and fear of hearing that a loved one has been involved in a car accident takes a long time to wear off, if the feelings wear off at all. In these cases it may seem like financial compensation is not enough, but if you can use that compensation to pay medical bills, replace lost wages, and gain a sense that the person responsible has been punished, it may be easier to cope with the rest.
A family in Woodford County has recently lost more than money could ever bring back. LEX18 reports that a woman died in a single-vehicle accident on the Bluegrass Parkway at the Huntertown Road overpass Saturday, July 28, 2012. Versailles Police said that Jessica Snipp, 31, was driving east on the roadway when her vehicle went off the road and she overcorrected.
Snipp then lost control of her car. The vehicle went across the median and the westbound lanes before it finally crashed into the bridge. Snipp was killed in the accident. She died at the scene.
There may be no way to calculate the exact value of a mother or the loss thereof, but there are other ways that a wrongful death or personal injury lawsuit could help you and your family. While coping with the physical and emotional pain, all of your monetary worries – medical bills, funeral costs, lost wages – will be under control. You should not have to worry about that stuff in times like these, so don’t.
