Many Kentucky hospitals hire and then refuse to fire doctors and nurses with a history of dangerous behavior. Many patients are unaware that the physicians and nursing staff caring for them have shown a history of dangerous behavior that puts patients at risk for medical malpractice. Hospitals work very hard to keep this type of information private from the public. Many times hospitals ask Kentucky courts to seal records in medical negligence cases to keep this type of information out to the public spotlight.
