Walgreens pharmacy has been the topic of many consumer complaints over receiving the wrong prescription. Multiple consumer blog posts have stories of people claiming the pharmacy chain gave them the wrong prescription. In addition, Walgreens has been attacked in many recent lawsuits alleging that the drug store gave them the wrong drug or wrong dosage instructions.
