Negligent Trucker Kills Husband and Father of Three

We represented the estate of a middle-aged man who died as a result of the negligent operation of a tractor-trailer on a stretch of Kentucky highway with low visibility. The truck was traveling over the speed limit and visibility was reduced due to poor weather conditions. Our client’s car was hit from behind and partially run over by the semi-truck. As a result, our client was trapped inside his vehicle.

He was survived by his wife and three adult children. Our attorneys negotiated a $12 million settlement for his estate.
