Successfully Negotiated Employment Exit Package Resulting in 3x the Initial Offer

Long-term CFO (20+ years) of a national manufacturing company located in Western Kentucky was being squeezed on his exit package due to a recent purchase of the company by a foreign corporation. The purchasing company sought to extinguish the original exit package deal based upon contract provisions that allegedly allowed for such a renegotiation and unilaterally re-negotiate a significant smaller package.

We successfully argued for reinstatement of 95% of original package after several months of negotiating with company officials.
