Negotiated Resolution for Failure to Honor a Purchase of Goods Agreement by Fortune 500 Company

We represented a small mom-and-pop business in Louisville that sold locally produced furniture to a large national retailer. The retailer abruptly ended a purchase of goods contract which put our client in a precarious financial situation.
