- Approximately 24,016 adults and 125 juveniles were arrested for drunk driving in Kentucky last year.
- There were 719 arrests in Jefferson County.
- Six Kentucky counties had more drunk driving arrests that Jefferson County. They included Warren County with 1,098 arrests, Daviess County with 821 arrests, Kenton County with 813 arrests, Hardin County with 788 arrests, Laurel County with 763 arrests, and Fayette County with 741 arrests.
Of course, there were also likely accidents, injuries, and deaths that occurred because of drunk drivers who were not arrested.
